Ways to Pay:
- In Person at our office: 201 Main Street, Room 103, Troy, MO. Mon-Fri: 8am-4:30pm
- Drop Box: A secure payment drop box is located at the west end of the courthouse.
- US Mail: Payments received by U.S. Mail are deemed paid by postmark date. All payments received after December 31 in the year they were due must include interest and penalties as set out in Missouri Statutes. Paid receipts will be mailed back.

General Guidelines and Procedures For Payment:
Cash, Check, Money Order, Credit/Debit Card Accepted (2.50% fee will be applied for credit card use, Visa Debit fee will be charged $4.00 flat fee.)
If more than one year of tax is owed on a parcel or account number, the older years must be paid first (RSMo 140.110)
Partial Payment or Pro-Ration of Taxes is NOT Accepted:
Payments will be returned to taxpayer if the full and correct amount including any interest and penalties is not received. Receipt cannot be issued until payment in full is received (including interest and penalties if paid after December 31 of the year in which the taxes were due). All funds must be disbused at the end of each month.
